Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any Live In-Person Dry Needling course for any reason. You will have the option of attending the same course at a later date and if unable to attend within one year of cancellation you will be issued a full refund.

You may cancel a course and receive a full refund provided we receive notification of the cancellation 14 days prior to the scheduled course less a 50-dollar processing fee.

You may cancel a course and receive a 50% refund provided we receive notification of the cancellation 4 to 13 days prior to the scheduled course less a 50-dollar processing fee.

If a course cancellation occurs with 3 or fewer days notification of the cancellation the full tuition will be forfeited.

If you do not attend class and fail to give us notice before the start of class, you forfeit your tuition.

You have one year from the time of the class you cancelled to take another. If you cancel at a future date, you are subject to the cancellation fees due at the time of the transfer.

No money or course credit will be given for a no-show at the course nor for cancellation after the course begins.

No money or course credit will be given if the participant begins the course but does not complete the course for any reason.

There is a $50 administrative fee for transferring to another course due to participant cancellation.

We are not responsible for any fees incurred related to cancellation of travel expenses (airline, hotel, or rental car reservations, etc.).
